Dispatch is scheduled to begin around 30 September. Orders will be fulfilled chapter by chapter in batches, ordinarily in the sequence in which they were confirmed. Your watch may ship in the first batch or a later one, and we will send a dispatch confirmation and tracking details when it leaves us.

Yes. The Genève 1541 is a complete Swiss-
made CZARD collection, rather than merely a watch containing a Swiss Movement.

It is Manufactured and Assembled Completely in Switzerland

Dispatch for the CZARD Genève 1541 is scheduled to begin from 25 December. This is the start of the dispatch window, not a guaranteed delivery date for every order; orders will be prepared in sequence and may leave in a later batch.

The Genève 1541 is a limited-release Swiss Made timepiece. Producing and checking each watch to the required standard takes time, so the collection follows a phased dispatch schedule. We appreciate your patience while your watch is being crafted and prepared.

The Chapter is limited to 1000 pieces, rather than necessarily limiting the entire collection to 1000 watches forever. Future production can continue under new Chapters while the original Chapter remains permanently closed.

That distinction matters because the collectible object is not only the watch model but also which Chapter and which position within that Chapter it belongs to.

Your Chapter Number identifies your individual watch’s position inside its 1000-piece Chapter.

A-0111

would identify piece 0111 within that particular Chapter.

Yes. If a particular number means something to you, you may search for it before completing your purchase.

If it remains available, you may claim it. The intention is for the number to become part of the identity of the individual watch rather than merely functioning as a serial number.

Within each 1000-piece Chapter, 100 numbers have been selected as Reserved Numbers because of their sequence & symmetry. These numbers are divided into three classifications:

1. Crown Numbers | 2. Icon Numbers | 3. Signature Numbers

There does not need to be a universal reason.

Someone might choose a birthday, anniversary, lucky number, repeating sequence or simply a number they personally like.

The intention is for the number to become part of the identity and provenance of the individual watch rather than merely functioning as an internal production serial.

Crown Numbers are the highest classification within the current Number Reservation system.

Examples include numbers such as 0001, 0007, 0009, 0011, 0111, 0222, 0333, 0444, 0500, 0777, 0888, 0999 and 1000.

Icon Numbers are visually distinctive or repeating sequences positioned below Crown Numbers in the hierarchy.

Examples include 022, 033, 044, 055, 066, 077, 088 and 099.

Signature Numbers form the entry level of the Reserved Number system.

Examples currently include numbers such as 010, 020, 030, 040, 050, 051, 052 and 053.

The Number Reservation fee is separate from the watch MRP.

For COMPASS, the current reservation structure ranges from ₹499 for Signature Numbers to as much as ₹2,999 for selected Crown Numbers.

For GENÈVE 1541, the current structure ranges from ₹1,999 for Signature Numbers to ₹9,999 for Crown Numbers.

Not within the same collection and Chapter.

So once a Reserved Number has been claimed, it is not reissued within that Chapter, for that particular collection.

If your preferred number is already claimed, you would then need to choose another available number, or wait for another chapter to open.

The purpose of the system is that each position belongs to one specific watch within that Chapter.

We ship internationally to selected countries and territories through DHL, subject to carrier availability, local import rules and trade restrictions. International shipping is chargeable, and the recipient is responsible for customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees. International delivery ordinarily takes 7–15 business days from dispatch, excluding customs delays.

Orders for delivery within India are priced in Indian Rupees unless another currency is shown. International customers may see or be charged in USD or another supported currency; any conversion rate or fee is determined by the payment provider, card issuer or bank.

Prices for delivery within India include applicable GST unless the website or checkout clearly states otherwise. International orders are shipped with duties and taxes unpaid: DHL shipping, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, local taxes, brokerage and clearance charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic damage, accidents, impact, misuse, neglect, theft or loss, water damage outside the stated rating, or damage to external parts such as the case, crystal, crown, pushers, dial, hands, bracelet, strap or clasp.
