THE CZARD CHAPTER SYSTEM

500 WATCHES.500 NUMBERS.ONE CHAPTER.

Every CZARD Chapter is composed of 500 individually numbered pieces, beginning at 001 and ending at 500. Your number represents the individual position your watch holds within that Chapter.

CHAPTER I — MMXXVIPOSITIONS 001–50053 RESERVED NUMBERS

A watch may belong to a collection.
A number belongs to one watch.

Once all 500 positions have been claimed, that Chapter closes.

HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS

CHAPTER, IDENTITY, OWNERSHIP.

Read it in layers. The core idea takes five seconds; everything below it is there only if you want to go deeper.

01 — YOUR CHAPTER NUMBER

EVERY WATCH HAS ITS PLACE.

Instead of receiving an anonymous piece, each eligible CZARD watch is associated with an individual Chapter Number.

The Chapter and the number are always shown together, because a number on its own stops meaning anything the moment a second Chapter exists.

THE CHAPTER AND THE NUMBER, ALWAYS TOGETHER

02 — CHOOSE YOURS

IF A NUMBER MEANS SOMETHING TO YOU, SEARCH FOR IT.

Perhaps it is a birthday. An anniversary. A number you have always carried. Or simply one you want to call yours.

You can search the Chapter before completing your purchase, and see immediately whether the position is still open.

Every position between 001 and 500 can be checked. Nothing is held back from the search.

02 — CHOOSE YOURS

SOME NUMBERS ARE CHOSEN.
Others choose you.

Enter any number between 001 and 500 to check its availability within this Chapter.

03 — RESERVED NUMBERS

SOME NUMBERS CARRY A DIFFERENT SIGNIFICANCE.

Within the Chapter, a small group of numbers has been designated Reserved Numbers under the current system. They are divided into three classifications.

A Reserved Number is a layer inside the Chapter, not the reason it exists. The Number Reservation is separate from the watch MRP and varies by classification and collection.

04 — NUMBER RESERVATION

CLAIMING A RESERVED NUMBER.

Reserved Numbers can be claimed for an additional Number Reservation fee, separate from the watch MRP.

The amount varies according to the number classification and the collection being purchased. Rather than publish the schedule, the number checker reveals the fee for the position you searched.

05 — WHEN A NUMBER IS GONE

TWO ANSWERS. Nothing in between.

A position is either open or it belongs to someone. Once a number has been claimed within a Chapter, it is not issued again within that Chapter.

007 AVAILABLE
007 CLAIMED

NOTHING IN BETWEEN

Claimed, not sold out. Claimed implies ownership; sold out implies inventory.

06 — MADE PHYSICAL

YOUR NUMBER, ENGRAVED.

Your Chapter Number does not exist only on an order confirmation. The collector coin that accompanies your watch is 316L stainless steel with gold plating, with your individual Chapter Number engraved into the coin itself.

YOUR NUMBER, ENGRAVED.

NO. 111 / 500 — your number accompanies the watch beyond the moment of purchase, becoming part of its identity within the Chapter.

PROVENANCE

A NUMBER IS A RECORD, NOT A DECORATION.

Today somebody chooses 111 because it reads well on a caseback. Five years from now, what matters is being able to say the piece is from the Founding Chapter — and having the number, the coin and the record to show it.

AFTER 500

WHEN ONE CHAPTER ENDS, ANOTHER MAY BEGIN.

Each Chapter is limited to 500 numbered positions. Once all 500 have been claimed, that Chapter closes permanently.

Future Chapters may follow, but the numbers and the ownership history of a completed Chapter remain unchanged. A closed Chapter stays exactly as it closed — its own finite sequence, with its own record of who holds what.

This is why the wording matters. A Chapter is 500 numbered pieces, not a limited edition of 500: the reference continues, the sequence does not reopen.

WHEN ONE CHAPTER ENDS, ANOTHER MAY BEGIN.

QUESTIONS
